Editorial standards

How recipes are written, tested, and corrected so you can trust the instructions.

Original writing

Our recipe stories are written in our own words. We do not copy other sites, and we do not use artificial text meant only to rank in search engines without helping a real cook.

Clear instructions

Steps are ordered the way you should perform them. We call out safety notes (like washing produce and using heat carefully) when they matter. If a step is optional, we say so.

Corrections

If we discover an error that changes the outcome (wrong oven temperature, missing ingredient, unsafe guidance), we fix it and note the change at the bottom of the article with the date.

Advertising and sponsorship

Advertisement areas are labeled so readers can tell editorial content apart from ads. Sponsored content, if we publish it, will include a clear disclosure at the top, and the sponsor will not control our honest opinions about technique or taste.

Nutrition and health

Recipes are not medical advice. If you have allergies or health conditions, follow your doctor's guidance and always read packaging labels.
